  • Therapy is a tool to help you work toward your goals and the changes you seek. I help clients prioritize their mental health through curious self-exploration by exploring ways to make the changes you seek to build toward the life you envision.

    I have a wide range of clinical experience from working in both inpatient and outpatient partial hospitalization program settings in addition to outpatient private practice. My areas of practice include anxiety, depression and mood disorders, as well as working with individuals in navigating life changes, seeking more self-knowledge or working to build better strategies to navigate through emotionally or otherwise overwhelming experiences.
